Verifica se todos os caracteres na string fornecida, text , são 'dígitos' hexadecimal.

Valor Retornado
Retorna TRUE se todos caracteres em text é um 'dígito' hexadecimal, que é um dígito ou um caractere de [A-Fa-f], FALSE caso contrário.
