substr_compare — A comparação binária entre duas strings case-insensitive de um offset é guardada opcionalmente, até o limite do comprimento de caracteres

substr_compare() compara main_str da posição offset com str até length caracteres.
Parâmetros

A posição inicial para a comparação. Se negativo, inicia contando da final da string.
- length

O tamanho da comparação.
- case_insensitivity

Se case_insensitivity é TRUE, a comparação é case insensitive.
Valor Retornado
Returns < 0 if main_str from position offset is less than str , > 0 if it is greater than str , and 0 if they are equal. If length is equal or greater than length of main_str and length is set, substr_compare() prints warning and returns FALSE.
