XMLWriter::openURI — Create new xmlwriter using source uri for output

)
Procedural style:
resource xmlwriter_open_uri
( string $uri
)
Creates a new XMLWriter using uri for the output.
參數

The URI of the resource for the output.
Return值
Object oriented style: 如果成功則回傳 TRUE，失敗則回傳 FALSE。.
Procedural style: Returns a new xmlwriter resource for later use with the xmlwriter functions on success, FALSE on error.
