ftp_login — Logs in to an FTP connection

Logs in to the given FTP stream.

- ftp_stream

The link identifier of the FTP connection.
- username

The username (USER).
- password

The password (PASS).
반환값
성공할 경우 TRUE를, 실패할 경우 FALSE를 반환합니다. If login fails, PHP will also throw a warning.
