Parametry
xmlwriterJedynie dla wywołań proceduralnych. Zasób XMLWriter, który jest modfikowany. Ten zasób pochodzi, z wywołania funkcji xmlwriter_open_uri() lub xmlwriter_open_memory().
prefixThe namespace prefix.
nameThe element name.
uriThe namespace URI.
contentThe element contents.
