GtkUIManager::set_add_tearoffs

void set_add_tearoffs(bool add_tearoffs);

If set to true regular menus generated by GtkUIManager will have tearoff menu items. Note that this only affects regular menus. Generated popup menus never have tearoff menu items. Виж също: get_add_tearoffs()
