mt_srand — Seed the better random number generator

void mt_srand

] )
Seeds the random number generator with seed or with a random value if no seed is given.
Note: 自 PHP 4.2.0 起，不再需要用 srand() 或 mt_srand() 函式給亂數產生器種子，現在將會自動完成。
