Returns information about a bitmap.
Parameters
- bitmapid

The bitmap id.
Return values
Returns an array with the following elements:
- "size" - The size in bytes of the bitmap.
- "width" - The width in pixels of the bitmap.
- "height" - The height in pixels of the bitmap.
