fgetc — Gets character from file pointer
Description
string fgetc
( resource $handle
)
Gets a character from the given file pointer.
Parameters
- handle

The file pointer must be valid, and must point to a file successfully opened by fopen() or fsockopen() (and not yet closed by fclose()).
Return Values
Returns a string containing a single character read from the file pointed to by handle . Returns FALSE on EOF.
Warning
יתכן ופונצקציה זו תחזיר את המשתנה הבוליאני FALSE, אולם היא יכולה גם להחזיר משתנה שאיננו בוליאני השקול ל FALSE, כגון 0 או "". עיין בחלק הדן בבולאיניים לפרטים נוספים. השתמש באופרטור === על מנת לבדוק את הערך המוחזר מהפונקציה.
