)
BLOB オブジェクトを作成します。
パラメータ
- type

1 = TEXT, 0 = BYTE
- mode

0 = BLOB オブジェクトはメモリーに内容を保持する, 1 = BLOB オブジェクトはファイルに内容を保持する。
- param

mode = 0 の場合: 内容へのポインタ mode = 1 の場合: ファイル文字列へのポインタ
返り値
新規の BLOB オブジェクト ID を返します。 エラーの場合に FALSE を返します。
