PDF_set_border_style — Set border style of annotations [deprecated]

Sets the border style for all kinds of annotations. 성공할 경우 TRUE를, 실패할 경우 FALSE를 반환합니다.
This function is deprecated since PDFlib version 6, use the options borderstyle and linewidth in PDF_create_annotation() instead.
