Procedural style:
bool xmlwriter_start_document

Starts a document.
매개변수

순차적 호출에서만 사용. XMLWriter resource가 수정됩니다. 이 자원은 xmlwriter_open_uri()나 xmlwriter_open_memory() 호출로 만들어집니다.

The version number of the document as part of the XML declaration. Defaults to 1.0.
- encoding

The encoding of the document as part of the XML declaration. NULL by default.
- standalone

yes or no. NULL by default.
반환값
성공할 경우 TRUE를, 실패할 경우 FALSE를 반환합니다.
